Ministry that requires love

One of the girls on the team is always saying that she doesn't have anything to offer or that she doesn't know what to do or how to help. But what happened this evening confirms her dedication to God. To begin with, she braided the girls' hair. Who knows what might be on their heads -- dandruff, lice, or something else -- but she did it anyway. Then she began to wipe the children's noses. Many of them have mucus running out of their noses constantly, and neither they themselves nor their teachers wipe their noses. This girl just took tissues and started wiping every nose. Many of us would not have wanted to do this, but her heart of dedication and love for the children is obvious. One must have a heart full of love to do those kinds of things.

The lesson she taught the children today was that we need to be like Jesus and do good deeds. Praise the Lord for such a person on the team!
